It'd be really nice to get a system agnostic character sheet builder so we GMs can make our own sheets for any system without having to use HTML/CSS.

Also, to be clear, these are RTO advocates only. Every manager I've ever had has been awesome, and most of the extroverts I know have a good level of empathy!

I *think* that covers them all. At least, as far as I can tell.

The last group has no power, but is still awful: the 0 empathy extrovert. These are the people who complained every second about lockdown, but can't see the misery of introverts. They think everyone thinks like them, or don't care that they don't. Mostly self-absorbed narcissists as well.

The bad middle-manager is a lead or low-level producer. They like RTO most of the time because of the power-trip, and their micromanaging style makes them feel important (they are not). Some are anti-tech. Every bad manager in every piece of media ever. Sadly, they exist in real life too.

The useless decision maker is an executive who does nothing but give (bad) directions. They might be afraid of technology, or a hustle-and-grind techbro, but they suck either way. They issue this to feel powerful, because they are out of touch, or because they are delusional. Or all three.
