Personal view from an Austrian: brings home the not so new news that Russia is a rogue nation and needs to be contained by the international community of civilized countries. No trade wirh them, no tourism from there, Ukraine needs all the support we can muster to defeat Russia and kick them out.

Autonomous navigation per pre-programmed flight paths, probably launched offshore from shadow fleet vessels. Next to impossible to detect at source and prevent.

Usually not retracted before 1500‘AGL, or higher in case of noise abatement procedures, in an airliner. Not sure though from the footage that no flaps are set.

I don't believe it for a minute. It rather looks to me like a concerted effort to allow Putin to carry on while saving face for the planned withdrawal of US support.
