A friend of mine were discussing this from a clinical perspective: if you were a therapist, and instead of taking client notes in your own words, used AI to summarize and write them. We both expressed concern that, well....the current generation would try it. Which is problematic, to say the least.

Propranolol is first line for #ptsd in Veterans. It's a beta blocker that slows your heart rate and your adrenaline without sedation. You can drive and function, but the free floating anxiety disappears. I've relied on it for years. Even better: it's cheap. (You need a prescription though).

Have you watch the film "The Order" yet? Its newly released, with Jude Law and Nicholas Hoult. You can find it on Amazon Prime. It's about a white supremecy group in Idaho in the 80s (and their use of The Turner Diaries, etc.).
