Yeah, second the layering approach after showering/bathing. My lips were BADLY chapped until I started using a thin layer of Aquaphor after washing my face/brushing my teeth. Sealing that moisture in helps! CeraVe or Lubriderm obviously better for legs, since you probably want to not stick to things
