I try and try to get Gigi's hair to go like that, but it just won't stay up. Do you use gel or pommade?

Toronto has a beautiful windmill near the waterfront on Lake Ontario. I used to take my Kindergarteners to the Island on the ferry and, once it came into view on the starboard side, we'd tell all the tourists that it was the hardest-working windmill in the world, making our electricity.
