I've seen this with other apps few times - automatic update in the background decided that upgrading those apps while I used them was a good idea. Since then auto updates are off in Google Play Store. No idea if it can be done on iThingies.

Problem is that US aid is valued at full price for old equipment. So Humvees they sell for $1 for scrap are sent with $100k sticker price to Ukraine. That is done to funnel more cash to US military complex. It's bee covered a lot by Trent Telenko and secretSqr123 on ex-Twitter. It's all fake numbers
