Stuck my head out the door🥶 so cranked the treadmill up for a 10k, a little embarrassed when the window cleaner turned up, especially when the treadmill is in the sunroom with so many windows, he waved and gave me a thumbs up 🙈😅😂

Think the windchill has frozen my eyeballs, kept my ankles warm wearing a pair of bed socks though and found a hole in my glove which actually was handy as l didn’t have to take my glove off to use my phone just released a finger 😆🥶
