I’m pretty sure that any mental health “treatment” would not be effective unless the person wants to cooperate. In the case of narcissistic people, I don’t think it’s likely.

We can do both: have more education for the trades AND Harvard graduates. Why does it have to be either/or. And what does it have to do with sexuality. These people are too concerned with other people's body parts.
