Genuine question for any folks decently familiar with Muslim dietary restrictions: Does an object become tainted or haram if it comes into contact with pork? I've heard that devout orthodox Jews have been known to throw away cookware if it has been used to cook pork; curious if Islam is similar.

Dang it man. I knew they were responsible for a few cartoons I liked but I never realized how many it really was. Growing up a teletoon kid, I have nostalgia for a bunch of them. RIP

Just want to counterbalance the trolls on here and from the other place by saying: you do really great work in terms of both content creation and voice acting. I think you're an inspiration for many people taking up either pursuit. Both communities are better with you in them. 👍

It's a great game for those who can tolerate how frantic it gets, but some of my friends refuse to play because it stresses them out and frustrates them too much. Depending on what the members of your polycule are like, it may be for the best haha.

I'm not extensively familiar with her discography so others may have better recommendations, but the song appropriately named "Transgender Dysphoria Blues" is a decent candidate. (Heads up, the lyrics feature the f-slur, but Laura Jane Grace is herself a trans woman)

Right, my response to the film is by no means a reflection of its quality. Sadly, my perception of a movie will be less positive if it elicits a strong negative emotional reaction in me. (1/2, cont'd beneath)

I just got back from seeing it and I would echo this. I haven't seen other Aronofsky films but this seemed sufficiently grim from my understanding of his work. It's a quality film but as someone who has capacity for grimness in films, it was a bit darker than I was hoping for based on the trailer.
