he went under a lot of surgeries including re-attaching parts of his brain from organ donations. All that darken skin is just skin grafts and his own skin STILL healing.

Yes the eyepatch isn’t just for show, he doesn’t habe left eye. His family got into a car accident which lead to almost everyone except the mother to be severely injured by impalement. ((Monach was 13 at the time)).

If it wasn’t obvious by my other posts, yea he does like Mafioso. It’s an extreme slow burn (~ roughly like 3 years until Mafioso caught on).
