We have had so much rain in Cataluña in the last month. There is enough water in the Daró in La Bisbal to have rapids!

Despite the rain, the Mediterranean is gorgeous! The color was a perfect aqua, which unfortunately the video didn’t quite capture. This is in Calonge.

This made me laugh, particularly because I live in Spain and am not quite fluent in Spanish yet.

After several rainy days there is a small amount of water in the Daró.

This is one of my favorite streets in Sant Sadurni de l’Heura. Everyone has plants in front of their homes or on their balconies. Even the portal has plants in its breezeway. If you look closely, the jade plants are in bloom. This is a tiny village of about 250 people. I feel fortunate to live here.

Finished our lemon harvest yesterday. 6L of juice in the freezer.
