It’s extremely fragmented- insurance company execs want huge $$’ but so do health system execs who financially incentivize physicians on “throughput”. Nurses in my area starting salary is $50k. CEO makes $2 million. And they’re replacing nursing staff with med techs - to administer meds.

My 2 adult sons, 2 college aged grandsons (and one of their girlfriends) are also anxiously awaiting the new book.
