Texas (Republican Gov.) will get well deserved help from the federal govt. for the horrendous flooding catastrophe. However, after the devastating fires in the Palisades and surrounding area, California (Democratic Gov.) had little aid from the govt. What's wrong with this picture? EVERYTHING!!

While it is a catastrophe, there are so many more issues that take priority in my mind, i.e. The Big UGLY bill for starters!!

It's tough to fight against those in control of our government and the Supreme Court!! Our only hope is elections in November 2026 and I fear they will be tampered with!

Sadly we Democrats cannot rely on SCOTUS decisions to be in our favor which is a huge feather in DJT's cap. The Constitution is no longer considered in their judgements.
