I've talked it through with a bunch of people I trust, both at the office and at home, and I'm happy with the openness and calmness with which I'm handling. The following weeks won't be easy though 🙂↔️

Work was *really* tough this week too, a conflict (not a work to use lightly but that's what it is) with a coworker that I'd really like to work out but they have indicated not to want that. Lots of stress, lots of doubt - so I can use the distraction.
