Either to occupy and suppress a foreign country or to suppress, kill locals or keep their own population calm. There is no respect, nor humanity in what we see happening in the world right now.

They don’t care about who or what they kill or destroy, friend or enemy, on purpose or by accident.
Sometimes one of them wins a level or offers something and is then allowed by the others to send bombs without the target being allowed to respond.
