After yesterday I figured I'd do this. My first time playing as Goofy, who is definitely the slower one.
Damageless bosses and "Low%" are worth the same points, but the last one (finishing levels without extra HP and max 2 lives) is by far tougher in my opinion - especially on the last two stages.

Warm-up for my Pixels for People run next week, I guess. Began on the hardest difficulty, and well, doing the final boss with 1 HP is certainly a decision I made.
You have to get a football touchdown in all the difficulties here. 🏈
And yeah, turns out there's more than just the Hamton bonus game!

Kicking off Waldoctober in style. Especially tough subway on Hard difficulty (thanks, time limit and old subway man) - safeties certainly help there. There's also an achievement for extra credits, although I still don't understand the hint that supposedly leads to it. Anyway, shoutouts to "cricket"!

Well, I still got a sub-22, turns out!
Somehow had one small random death in Spooky Mansion and I failed a skip in Space Opera, but otherwise it was pretty nice for not doing TAS jumps.
Maybe in the future I'll try to improve a bit more. For now, on to Waldoctober!

Well, I still got a sub-22, turns out!

One PB this time, achieved my goal for Easy. Fine with leaving it here.
With Normal I ended with a run that had potential for 21 but with a bad last section, so alas. Maybe that'll be for some other time.

Normal Mode still has some improvements, even when not using TAS jumps - but still, almost skipped the 22 :O
My second attempt on Easy went better with the football pattern down. It's tempting to do more of that category though 🤔

This one can be pretty unforgiving if you die, especially on autoscrollers. Still some time saves dying twice at the final boss here, and some of the bonus games - they can save a lot!

The bad news is, the computer freeze still is a thing.
But the good news is pretty good! Got Beard Blade WR and then improved that even more afterwards \ 🧔♂️ /
Still died in both runs as well, so 46 is very close.

A very short one, classic unlicensed jank. Used to run this, and I played it a few times over the years, so I guess that was helpful?

This is one of my main speedruns, so I had to try this at some point :P Doing bosses 1 and 3 damageless is kinda brutal and not super fun, seeing how easy it is to take damage in general. The Whack-A-Character one was also tough, as you can't make any mistakes.
Doable for the most part, though!

Also didn't realize until the end how to make Yoshi's tongue move (turning the knob), so have a bonus photo as well.
Impressive set, w/ fantastic pixel work and various parts - cape, Mario and Yoshi - moving separately 😮
