There is a black female pharmacy professor in Chicago. She is in her 70s. My white self has been in awe of her since the first time I heard her speak. If she was a white male I would have been impressed. Otoh omg the things she must have gone through to get where she is today.

Good luck. I submitted my papers last week. Ok I was gonna do it anyway but I had been looking for a sign to stay and got the opposite. Different agency same shit.
