A pile of books including The Life of the Mind by Hannah Arendt, two art books by Tasha Tudor, Candide illustrated by Rockwell Kent, the life if Otto Mergenthaler and a variety of ephemera about American printing history.

I just finished Leonie Smith's latest book "Fair Wind to a Steel Breeze". Fast moving action, sexy, and set in a believable future world where corporations rule and treat people like kleenex. I recommend this novella to Sci-Fi fans & those who enjoy a cracking good story. Available on Amazon.

Strongly recommended! A wonderful blend of a family's history and a coming of age story, as well as a saga of early immigration. Hard to put down as the story sweeps you up. Available on Amazon.

Important: USC students have started a hotline for people to call when they have an immigration hearing but don't want to show up in person for fear of being arrested/detained by ICE outside the courthouse. The students will help people complete and submit a "Motion to Change Hearing Format" which can allow someone to have a remote/online hearing instead of in-person.
