I’d like to ask the handful of senators who voted to confirm Scott Bessent to the department of treasury, just days ago ,why? Did that illusion of cooperation get you anywhere, do you have any more leverage at this moment to stop what is happening now? You should have taken a stand for your country.

Absolutely, I’m in a red state, and I am ready to absorb the pain for the greater goal of seeing the administrations priorities for what they are. Elon Musk promised some pain, Trump voters didn’t question his definition of pain, Trump voters have shown a very low tolerance for financial pain.

Those of us following you here get it! We need you all to get it out to the general public, right wing media, etc. Not politely,not quietly. We need loud blunt talk with real world consequences and plans for real world actions. Not bashing you but please,find a way!

We absolutely must understand this. Do we die on the hill being right, or do we want to succeed? We have to make compromises in the way we interact with his voters, hard to swallow as that may be. We get past the way they voted,not issue blanket judgments, be approachable, be a safe place to go.

Totally agree, not having strong and popular left wing, leaning platforms for communication was our biggest disadvantage in this election. This is something we have to fix, and fast!

If that is so, he is going too far. Encouraging buying Greenland, when Denmark has opposed this, concerns me. He’s totally disregarding the damage that that suggestion is doing to us on an international level and legitimizing the way in which it was done, that’s not serious political discourse.
