As mayor, I would ensure that we carefully evaluate all software investments to confirm they are fully compatible with the city’s needs and objectives. We cannot afford to spend taxpayer money on solutions that fail to address critical issues like home foreclosures. @aclupa.org

Imagine losing everything in a fire and then being forced to endure the added pain of politicization. Thousands have not only lost their homes but, more tragically, their loved ones, pets, livestock, etc. This devastation goes far beyond property—it’s a profound loss that forever changes lives.

As mayor, I would implement a mobile treatment unit pilot program to reduce overdoses in Lancaster. It would bring critical treatment services directly, meeting them where they are instead of requiring them to visit city offices for help. Mobile treatment—are vital steps to protect public health.

As Mayor we must Maximize Federal & State Resources: Identifying federal or state funding opportunities for affordable housing through data analysis, tools that track available grants, tax incentives, or other funding sources can secure, resources without further stressing the city’s own budget.

As Mayor, Reducing Polystyrene Waste in Lancaster City is a priority. Polystyrene clogs drains, worsens flooding, and pollutes waterways with microplastics, threatening water and wildlife. Despite efforts in 2018, no action was taken. Let’s lead by banning polystyrene, like Maryland.

During my two terms as a council member, I demonstrated fiscal responsibility by declining health care benefits, resulting in a notable cost savings of $20,000 per year and a cumulative total of $140,000.
