Well days don't get better than this! Fortunate to speak to 26 ACPs @uclan.ac.uk about my favourite subject, #anticholinergicBurden. Then we visited a #carehome who needed support with meds shortages, audits, DOACs & I even got a big hug from a resident too 🤗
