I effing did it! I set out on a health quest and vowed to lose 50 lbs by Dec 31st. I got there today! With love and support from my husband, sister,son and one good friend. I learned you don’t need to have everyone on your side. A small strong circle can make all the difference. 😊

When she moved to memory care, her world got smaller and little things held more weight. One of our last Thanksgivings together she asked to take her over-the-top place card home. She displayed it in her room for the rest of her days 🍁

My MIL would get mad every holiday because I did too much and “made such a big fuss” I want guests to feel special but she felt something else.
