A while ago they sent me the wrong soldier’s will, despite having correctly placed the order. Took above a year for them to admit their fault & send the correct one. Trying to get any response was a nightmare. So yes, I guess that’s going to be an issue. I’m now waiting for several for clients.

I’ve ordered 6 family ones today, not military. But 4 came back instantly, automated having already been digitised, so akin to #WW1 soldiers. It begs the question as to why there isn’t there a graded cost akin to GRO Digital Images or PDFs #Probate #FamilyHistory

It’s an eye-watering rise. I’d love for there to be more transparency around how they got to this costing. Also cynic that I am m, I fear that some time down the line they’ll use any downtick in order numbers to say there is very little public interest in them.
