Hi guys, where do I find the patreon preview please?

How can players tackle below the neck/shoulder in this scenario?

I find ball carriers running into tackles head first ( bent at a right angle from hips) is dangerous for both carrier and tackler - makes tackling without hitting the head so difficult. I don't hear this being talked about but seems to be happening repeatedly.

Should it have been a straight red? No tackle situation and just foul play after whistle. Also, maybe my misunderstanding, but did they TMO not go back more than 2 phases of play to show BK was in touch? Thought they could only go back more than two for foul play?
