Taught the first in a series of 3 yoga classes at a local art center yesterday and drew this for a promotional image. The class focused on activating hands & feet while practicing a series of simple movements, all while moving with the breath.

Thrifting is wonderful. More affordable and higher quality. Before humans mastered the art(?) of making more crap crappier and cheaper and more disposable, there was some sense of “we should sell nice things because people will buy nice things”. Also… let’s work towards a circular economy…
