I've recently moved to Anglesey and haven't worn anything but wellington boots since I got here. I'm constantly amazed by how much water is in the ground, even on top of a hill 🤔

It's such a shame, because they're so BIG! They'd feed a whole family. I even tried drying some and making "mushroom powder" but that just made a filthy mess. Bloody puffballs 🤣

I'm the same! Penny buns only. I can spot a puffball but I don't enjoy eating them, even when they're covered in herbs and garlic!

Morning @pperry.bsky.social I've been reading your piece in @thenerve.news on protesting in a positive way and it reminded me of that old joke - "What do we want? Gradual change! When do we want it? In due course!"🤣 and I just can't imagine how to actually protest positively. Help, please! 🤔😘

My husband had some polyps removed from his colon on Saturday. On a SATURDAY!!! I think I'd prefer that to a nasal operation though, so sending mucho sympathy 😘

Looks just like a Shaggy Inkcap - probably just as well I don't eat anything I find growing outside. I learned my lesson after scoffing some oysters I found on the beach 🤮
