Don’t have much to say today. Don’t have the words to encapsulate everything I’m feeling about what the nation has show us. Am I surprised? No. Dismayed, frustrated, saddened, and angered.

When my mom’s health started declining in 2019, I became a homebound caregiver by no choice of my own. I love her dearly, but it was hard. I learned how to make handbags and that helped save my mental health. She’s better now after open heart surgery last year, and I’m still creating.
