The local pizza chain let me order online (finally they've upgraded!) and then popped up a window saying "Your pizza will be ready in 25 minutes!" They don't have delivery. The countdown never changes. However...25 minutes later, I was in their shop, and that pizza slid out of the oven. 😂

He said, "What other kinds of art are there?" So we started listing. Sculpture. Beautiful writing. Dance. I pointed out that knitting and crocheting can be fabric arts. I said, "Even some kinds of cooking are mostly art." He said, "That means EVERYONE can make art!" There ya go. According to my son, you have no excuse. Make art, people. Make art because human life is artistry.

In the run-up to the Reformation, popes used to give multiple Vatican positions and assign several dioceses to their bishop friends and people who could pay them off. That was part of the blatant corruption that led to Luther breaking away and eventually the Council of Trent.

History rhymes.
Donald Trump's truth social post saying he's going to give Sean Duffy the position of interim administrator of NASA while he's still Secretary of Transportation. He can't do all that. Trump clearly thinks all these titles are just titles and nothing else, so why not heap them on people? Look at what he's saddled on Rubio.

This is entirely true, including the way it's rained the last 13 Saturdays.
Brits complaining about 80F heat with 70% humidity and no AC. Americans complaining about 110F heat with 10% humidity and central air. Meanwhile New Englanders are in 100F and 98% humidity trying to shove a 20 year old AC unit into windows built in 1750, sipping their iced dunks, saying, well at least it's not raining on a Saturday."

This is the individual who "won" the No Kings protest in Holliston, MA.

The shirt is a print of many tiny tacos.
