Met some nice doggos, as well as people, on the Heath today. The Sweetgum by Kenwood House is in glorious technicolour right now, too. First bit of rain in what seems like forever, so it was refreshing. Did find out that my rainjacket needs reproofing, though!

Special treat for today - baked figs with Dolcelatte and pancetta drizzled with a balsamic fig glaze. Fancy pants!
Fours figs, ready for going in the air fryer. They have had a cross cut into their tops which is filled with Dolcelatte and wrapped around the circumference with pancetta, leaving the tips exposed. Two baked figs on a white plate. The cheese is now melt and the pancetta crisp. They have been drizzled with a dark balsamic fig glaze.
