Yes, the danger is that LLM contains the bias of all the humans that created the data the machine is using. Like humans, AI can be taught about bias, but we need to never assume that because it is AI, it is free of bias. Just not true. #AXSChat #InclusiveEmployment #WeAreBillionStrong

That's the key - working with people who have lived experience, not only of disability, but have local knowledge of language, culture, and the specific challenges and support for disabled people in that country

That's a really good point, Neil. Disabled candidates are unlikely to apply unless they know the employer really wants their talent. Make it clear through how and where you advertise your vacancies #AXSChat #InclusiveEmployment

We believe that all disabled people who CAN, and WANT to work, should have the same opportunities that non-disabled people have (but those who can't, or for whom working would made their conditions worse, should be fully supported to live as decent and independent a life as possible)
