We’re tracking progress against projections for #NHS staff groups in the Long Term Workforce Plan: buff.ly/4if7jPW 👩‍⚕️

Some groups like paramedics are on track to increase enough to surpass what’s needed to meet targets in the plan, but other groups like GPs are not growing as quickly as needed.

Louder for those at the back - if we don’t prioritise looking after all colleagues who work in the NHS then we won’t be able to recover the NHS no matter how shiny the new mandate.
