As a profesor I can attest we have historically gotten the best and brightest from abroad. And many of our foreign students have been a source of revenue for that only benefited US students. Alas Europe and Canada already are enticing these students who no longer want to be in the USA.

University related?

We have been fortunate that we have had an a sense of wars on our soil since the Civil War and, despite MaCarthy, Nixon… we did not experience the total destruction of 2 world wars. I feel especially bad for the young. I think they can stop this. Give them our support and empathy. And be here.

I hope there will be a huge protest turnout on April 5th in Texas and not just in Dallas, Houston, and other large cities. It has to be tangible to his supporters.
