I just went to it and it now says Go To Home Page - it's a shame there are no translated versions - agree

You nailed what Reznor was conveying and I think Cash covered the song because he understood and LIVED all those laments with the addition of grief over his youth, and his love. To me, Cash’s version felt autobiographical . I view them as equal as one feels like a tribute.
