That's exactly what I did in my app.
There was only one case where I couldn't use a flag (that's why the flag is on the right)
For example the flag from Spain appears two times and the Chinese even three times.)
But it's purely additive.

While I don't like it it would also generate bad press when they wouldn't allow ads for some apps.
The "we treat all developers the same" mantra.
I also don't see a reason why they shouldn't allow a company to place ads for their apps. They should rather remove the app from sales altogether...

It's surprising how much one needs to be a minimalist.
