Been saying for years that I want to open a restaurant called "Dumplins," & it would just be all types of dumplings from all around the world. Sweet, savory, vegan, meat-filled. Any kind, every kind. Apps, entrees, desserts but arranged by region. My kids laugh @ me, but I think it's a goldmine.
