It will get the review, just faster. At least that's the idea. I'm originally from Germany and the reviews there take years and multiplied the cost of many projects. I see the same in the US. It's just a waste of resources.

Of course that's the point. To safe the planet we need to move from cars to Metro. If it's unattractive nobody will do it. Free or not free. I'm buying a car next year. I don't feel safe in the Metro. Even as a man.

A sick person needs to be helped and taken care of. Don't let them just die on the street or in the train. Those people are actually dying in front of our eyes. It's inhumane to not help them and even if they don't want to. That's freedom misunderstood. But Americans are stupid that way.
