Finished my first gathered dress today and I don’t want to gather anything else for a long time! Not even my thoughts, nothing 🙂‍↔️

I’ve been working on a dress that requires a lot of gathering (which I’ve never done before)… I’ve had to redo it twice and it’s still not good

Instead of crashing out I paused to make a lil heart throw pillow filled with scraps so I can feel competent again 🙂‍↔️

Sometimes I pause and think how it’s a bit strange that I have an animal living in my house

But look at my lil old man 😭🥹

Period hormones are crazy because why have I been crying for 10 minutes over my cat finally using the lil pillows I made him 🥹

I saw a bedsheet set on clearance at Target for $9 and thought the print would be so fun for making clothes! So far I’ve made a halter top (with some yellow jersey fabric I had on hand).

It came out pretty well and I’m proud of it 🥰
