I am so happy to see these gals back in the field. Sometimes it is the little things, and sometimes it is the fluffy things.

Do you ever just put in your earbuds? No podcast, no audiobook, no music. Just silence. I think I’ll just keep mine in all day today.

If Theil is using JD Vance as his means of eventually taking over the world, and Musk is using Trump to take over the world, seems there will eventually be a clash of the Titanic and the iceberg. Question is: which is which?

The plan was to remove the few tulips losing their leaves. Then they all disintegrated. Still pretty though.

Cold morning countryside walk. The Church of Ireland Monart church was built in 1805-1808 and is simple inside except for a very attractive wood ceiling. Primroses are fairly abundant at the moment.

Current obsessions: 1) reposting and responding to political posts and 2) hand embroidery. Recently finished this linen needle case and while the embroidery was enjoyable, my favorite part is the cornflower blue silk lining (really should photograph that part). Kit and pattern by Mary Corbet.

It is a glorious day in Ireland today. Wexford is living up to its Sunny Southeast nickname.

She does not like having her picture taken so we sneak them in when we can.

Totally the look of the guy who moved to a new country and is determined not to acknowlege, much less follow, any of his host country’s social or etiquette norms.

I’m not sure why these were marked down. They are lovely. #tulips

These roses are as used up as my dreams of a peaceful world. Be warned if deleting your #AirBnB account, all attempts will steer you to Deactivate rather than #Delete. Be vigilant, on the web and in life, my friends. #Roses #Dreams

@nycjayjay.bsky.social I read your repost which is how I saw what Trump is doing to Ukraine. A comment was that our country will now be known as the great betrayer. Well, it wasn’t most of us, it was Trump. I call for titling him the Great Betrayer. He wants ownership and a grand title, after all.

Congratulations and good luck. Tough road ahead for a party that is very out of touch with the American electorate. You can never go wrong if you listen to Bernie Sanders. But first: Please look into the illegality of what Musk, not a government official, is getting away with.

OMG, I guess we have to applaud what little bit of decorum shows through. But it would seem more that the GOP compromising on character is a feature, not a bug.

A recent visitor walking across our back lawn. The camera didn’t adequately catch the vibrancy. Maybe I should have added an IG filter?

Just starting out with colored pencils. The harsh horizontal lines have to go, so I’ve taken the opportunity to waste a lot of time today and order smudge sticks as well as a ton more pencils (even though the hare only uses seven). Hare from a Youtube tutorial by Bethany Vere. #art #haresofbluesky

This heron was kind enough to pause dinner to pose for the camera.

Heard a huge bang in the night but could find nothing amiss. The next morning after opening the curtains, we found this. Thankfully it is the middle glass panel.
