In 2023, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that caused severe pain in my joints. For almost a year, I struggled to get out of bed/dressed without help. March of 2024 we found a treatment that worked. April of 2024 I got back into the gym. So grateful and so damn proud of this consistency.
