I dont think I've ever won because of this card, but I've certainly lost because I put it in play. Its just so funny though.

Here's the recipe if you want to try them for yourself. The amount of salt mentioned was because this was sent to someone with much smaller hands than I have, so you definitely dont want to add that much. I usually add an amount that feels just a little silly and then a sizable dash more.
