I’m 23, but I’m wanting to be fluent enough to attend an institution in Seoul for (character) art. Hopefully, also to eventually live there, or simply to communicate with my mentor.

Set up my own proverbial shop and business as a character artist. I’ve found Canada to be lacking in that department.

Hell, I love learning Hangul because of how literal and direct it is.

And unlike English with classic examples like the infamous “they’re/their/there”, it isn’t contradictory.

Apart from associating words with the symbols, batchim, etc., of course. Like I said, VERY early.

Well here’s the funny part: my mother is a speech language pathologist. Linguistics are hardwired in her brain from years of medical study and creating her own language. And she taught me a great deal, hence my fluency. 😂

English itself is just a fickle language to begin with.

Ngl, even as a native English speaker who’s extremely fluent in the language, this confuses me greatly, lol.

This is also coming from an English speaker early in the process of learning Korean.

Took me a year and a half since I started seriously two years ago, but it finally clicked. Not to say it doesn’t read an ugly head here and there, especially reaching for the skill of my Korean, Chinese and Japanese inspirations and mentor(s).

I just view it as, if they accomplished it, as can I.

Considering Jin is one of the largest non-elder dragons released in the franchise, I say this pretty accurate.

Up until this point, haven’t used my Arc Subclass for Warlock. This season, it’s the only one I’ve used.
