It's really weird to see everyone returning to work, we have Three Wise Men tomorrow and everything is up in arms with last minute shopping, parades and celebration all around it's super cool😁

Because I have lately had to slow down my running, i've started listening to podcasts on my long runs and honestly I could not have made a better decision.
I already listened to Not Another DND Pod (for legos/miniatures), and now im going through Stuff You Should Know and it's so relaxing😅

I've decided that doing another yule log is quite repetitive, so I'm doing a chocolate mousse cake with blackcurrant icing in the middle and a dark chocolate buttercream cover
The concept is still the same, but I didn't want to see a swirl this year again😅

Also need to start putting the finishing touches on christmas dinner + lunch because it's a severas day process over here, and just the Yule log will take a bit (it's tricky because it takes si much up of my time but cannot be done super early as it must be eaten on the 25th)

Been powering through heat exchangers and it's mindblowing the work that has gone into getting so many charts done.
