NOAA is an absolute mess, and it’ll be worse tomorrow. Please help us. There have already been over 1,000 terminations. It’s not just layoffs—Elon Musk and his staffers are trying to completely dismantle us. Today, there were tons of firings, and more are coming tomorrow.

The Trump Administration is currently conducting mass layoffs at agencies responsible for tracking weather and ensuring that Americans are prepared in advance of natural disasters. Let that sink in.

Sitting on the couch this afternoon knocking out some computer work. Squirrel leaps onto the window screen. Startles me and I jump. I startle the sleeping dogs. Dogs see the squirrel- chaos ensues. Squirrel could not care less. Grabs some bird seed and calmly takes off.

It’s such an honor to be able to do what I love. Talking to a wonderful group about forcing bulbs and branches today.
