BAH rates for 2026 have already been released, with most brackets seeing a couple percent increase. I don’t think they can pay less than those approved rates. I had heard there was a small supplement approved in the big ugly bill, so this must be that money.

I have Tricare and we always see PCM to get a referral to a specialist. How am I supposed to know what type of doctor to send myself to? Is this a thing that you suddenly know when you become ultra-wealthy? Or are you just out of touch with what us mere mortals have to go through to access care?
