I really should do some more painting but building is so satisfying meet the first model in my HH mechanicus army probably gonna be chaos admec but not sure how overt I'll be with it

Fun little side project decided to make need to get some bits from other kits to chaos it up more though and work out a paint scheme

Finishing up on posting that project putting tape of the desired size on where I want the stripes and respraying in corvus black leaving me many aircraft and other units that are very stripy. Now at some point I just need to do engines and plenty of detailing along with some weathering.

Apologies for no posts on painting been very behind with my vehicle being broken down for now though here's some close ups of track and stuff I took for reference of weathering

Continuing on got many of them taped up with pre set sizes of tape bit more expensive but alot of time saved and I can keep it very consistent in future to before once again spraying with corvus black.

After 10,000 years I have once again started painting and will try to be more frequent. These are the poor sods that will be painted. (Step 1 sprayed in Corvus black, 2 sprayed with Maphiston red roughly on the correct areas)

Calling that there for tonight just working out what I'm doing with alot still think I have it all figured out for tomorrow though

Forgot to get a pic before starting still alot to do the glow seems to have came out fairly nice though hoping to get his shell complete today. Basing his paint scheme off a Pacific purple rock crab so should be pretty colourful by the end of this
