the team of people over at the hei network put in does not go unnoticed. the amount of technical planning that had to happen to make tonight is unfathomable to me. there’s nothing else like this show and i just fall more in love with it as time goes on. thank you to everyone who made tonight happen❤️

I was 8 years old at the time, and our car was stuck in traffic for 2 hours before we moved a mile. I kept watching the flames coming closer and closer down the hill and wondering if we were gonna be okay. My dad was wondering how long he could run through the choking smoke with 2 kids in his arms.

I hope there’s containment soon too 😬 I’m also in Colorado and was evacuated for Waldo Canyon, and I can absolutely feel the fear and devastation of these residents. My grandparents house ended up burning and I wouldn’t wish digging through a foundation pit full of ash on anyone
