The fibromyalgia side of things is more of managing pain and fatigue as much as possible and taking proactive steps to minimize flare ups as much as possible. That being said, PT and OT helped a lot in giving me those tools to better manage it moving forward 😊

Aww thanks, that's very nice of you to say ❤️ for sure, I had a stroke about 4.5 years ago that left me partially blind and the left side of my body half as strong as the right. Then 6 months ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Therapy and the right adaptive gear has helped a lot 😊

It's pretty great, I highly recommend. Yes, I've actually got a number of videos I'm getting caught up on this week. So, there should be lots.
