Yeah I'd broadly agree. It's certainly the only one I perceive a large jump up in quality with. (But then I'm really not keen on Army of Ghosts!) I'd be happy saying the series 1, 4, 10 finales are comfortably better than their part ones. But that might be splitting hairs of varying levels of great!

Obviously that speech is incredible but it's the little moments that make me love it
