@devex.com Trump's 90 day US foreign aid freeze is disastrous for many communities round the world. It is irresponsible in the way it was introduced with no warning or preparation. It tells people across the world 'you can't trust the USA'. Is this really the legacy Trump wants to leave behind?

Hi Phil. What did you make of Martin Kettle's G article on Rayner local govt in England reform white paper today? I haven't read the white paper, but he seemed to be making some valid points. Jamie
