I started a journey on March 1, 2024 to lose weight and get healthy - body and mind. I have dropped 40 lbs and found a happier me! I cannot recommend a gym like Hotworx enough for people over 40 who want a great workout that burns calories BUT also aids in healthier skin, joints, and muscles.

My son made this awesome Foxy mask a la 5 Nights at Freddy’s - the mouth even works when you talk! It started in cardboard and he brought it to life!

Today I hope to understand why my family still cannot change the toilet paper in the roll…it’s like hey think they will lose a limb or cease to exist if they do that one simple task WHILE SITTING STILL for a period of time.
